Adv. Sneha Sunil Arekar (Gold Medalist) is a distinguished legal professional, accomplished academician, and passionate social reformer dedicated to advancing justice, gender equality, and child protection. Holding prestigious qualifications including BSL LL.B., LL.M., Diploma in Human Rights (DHR), Diploma in Cyber and Criminal Law (DCCL), Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (DIPR), Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare (DLLLW), Diploma in Taxation Law (DTL), and currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Law, she combines strong academic excellence with extensive practical legal experience.

She is the Founder and Director of the POSH and POCSO Training Academy and the POSH and POCSO Awareness Foundation, where she leads awareness campaigns, professional training, and legal consultancy on workplace safety and child protection laws.
