
Dr. Burhan Nabi is an accomplished veterinary clinician and academician specializing in Veterinary Medicine. He completed his B.V.Sc. & A.H. from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir and pursued his M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine from Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Jammu. His research contributions include Advanced clinico-therapeutic studies on the amelioration of thermal stress in dairy cattle and Molecular characterization of caprine paratuberculosis, reflecting his keen interest in livestock health and disease management.
Currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Veterinary Medicine at Khalsa College of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Dr. Nabi combines academic excellence with practical clinical expertise. His professional interests encompass farm animal medicine, clinical diagnostics, livestock healthcare, and companion animal disease management. Through active involvement in research, teaching, and extension activities, he continues to contribute significantly to the advancement of veterinary sciences and animal welfare.
