Dr. K. Chozhan

Dr. K. Chozhan, currently serves as the Dean of the School of Agricultural Sciences at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University (DSU), Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. Over his distinguished career, he has served in various academic and research capacities, including positions at the Tamil Nadu Rice Research Institute in Aduthurai, the Agricultural College and Research Institute in Madurai, and the Forest College and Research Institute in Mettupalayam.

Dr. Chozhan, Professor (Entomology) has made significant contributions to teaching, research, and extension, mentoring numerous students and publishing extensively. His notable research achievements include the development of integrated pest management (IPM) technologies, mulberry germplasm improvement, establishment of sericulture units, and promotion of agricultural start-ups.

In recognition of his outstanding service and scholarly impact, he has been honored with the TNAU Medal and the Gold Medal by the Agricultural Scientific Tamil Society.
