Dr. Preeti Nandwal

Dr. Preeti Nandwal is an accomplished academician and researcher with over fifteen years of academic experience and two years of industry exposure in Human Resource Management. She holds a Ph.D. and MBA in HR and Marketing and currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management, Indore. She has previously worked with reputed institutions including IPS Academy, GSIMR, CDGI, and RIT, Indore. She is a registered Research Guide at Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore, guiding Ph.D. scholars in Human Resource Management and related areas.

Dr. Nandwal has presented research papers at national and international conferences and published articles in Scopus-indexed, ABDC, and UGC CARE-listed journals. She is also a patent holder for an AI-based device for checking employee efficiency. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, AI in HR, E-Learning, Green HRM, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through teaching, research, and mentoring, she promotes innovative and practice-oriented management education.
