Karishma Keservani

Karishma Keservani is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical-Surgical Nursing at Krishna Institute of Nursing Science and Research, Kanpur. She completed her B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing with a specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing from Rama College of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur. With four years of teaching experience, she is dedicated to excellence in nursing education, research, and student development.

She has completed the Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme, published research papers in international peer-reviewed journals, presented papers at national conferences, and actively contributes to health awareness programmes, workshops, and academic initiatives promoting quality nursing education.
