Niketa Das is an Assistant Professor at Kamla Modern Nursing Institute, Jhansi, with a total of nine years of professional experience, including four years of teaching experience after completing her M.Sc. Nursing. She earned her B.Sc. Nursing from Ojaswini Nursing Institute, Damoh, Madhya Pradesh, and her M.Sc. Nursing in Child Health Nursing from Eklavya School of Nursing and Paramedical, Damoh, Madhya Pradesh.

She is an OSCE Master Trainer and is committed to advancing excellence in nursing education through innovative teaching methodologies and competency-based learning. Passionate about pediatric nursing and professional development, she strives to prepare skilled, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing professionals.
