Prof. Dr. Jasmi Johnson

Prof. Dr. Jasmi Johnson is a distinguished nursing educator, researcher, and academic leader with extensive experience in clinical practice, teaching, research, and administration. She is currently serving as Principal/ Dean cum Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing at Rama College of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. She earned her Ph.D. in Nursing from Shri Venkateshwara University, Gajraula, and has served as a Bedside Nurse, Clinical Instructor, Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Research Fellow, and Academic Administrator.

A recipient of the Chancellor’s Gold Medal in Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing and several prestigious national awards, she is widely recognized for her contributions to nursing education. Dr. Jasmi has published over 65 research papers, authored and edited nursing textbooks, and holds patents and copyrights. As an active member of professional organizations, she continues to inspire nursing students and professionals through her commitment to excellence, innovation, leadership, and research.
