Prof. Dr. Minu S. R.

Prof. Dr. Minu S. R. is a distinguished nursing educator, researcher, author, and academic administrator with over 15 years of professional experience, including 14 years in nursing education and one year of clinical service as a bedside nurse. She currently serves as Professor-cum-Vice Principal at Rama College of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. A specialist in Child Health Nursing, she completed her Ph.D. from Shri Venkateswara University, Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Minu has received several prestigious honors, including the World Best Teacher Award (2022) and Mahatma Gandhi National Service Award (2026). She is the author of multiple nursing textbooks, has published over 50 research papers, eight book chapters, and holds two approved patents. She actively contributes to nursing research, education, and professional development through various national and international academic platforms.
