Rachna Sen

Rachna Sen is an accomplished nursing educator and Assistant Professor at Rama College of Nursing, Rama University, Kanpur, with 8 years of teaching experience. She completed her graduation from BIMR Nursing College, Gwalior, and her Master’s in Obstetrics and Gynaecological Nursing from Era College of Nursing, Era University, Lucknow. She is pursuing her Ph.D. from Index College of Nursing, Malwanchal University, Indore. She is actively associated with TNAI and NTAI and has received the Best Teaching Award by NTAI. She is also the author of Nursing Education for Vth Semester, contributing meaningfully to nursing education and professional development. She has published National & International research articles.
