Shri Shivaji Dashrath Kamthe (Subhedar) is a distinguished educationist, academic, and educational leader with extensive experience in the field of school education. He has made significant contributions to education, teacher organizations, and the cooperative sector through his dedicated service and visionary leadership.

He is currently serving as the Principal of Ramrajya Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Bibwewadi, Pune, where he is committed to the holistic development of students. Throughout his career, he has consistently emphasized academic excellence, discipline, value-based education, and the overall growth of learners.

Shri Kamthe also serves as the Secretary of the Pune District Secondary and Higher Secondary School Principals' Association, where he has played a vital role in addressing the concerns of school principals, contributing to educational policy discussions, and promoting quality education.
