Swati Newton is an Associate Professor and Academic In-charge at Kamla Modern Nursing Institute, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. She earned her B.Sc. Nursing from PG College of Nursing, Cancer Research Institute, Gwalior, and her M.Sc. Nursing from Lord Krishna College of Nursing. With 12 years of professional experience, including six years after completing her postgraduate studies, she has made significant contributions to nursing education, clinical practice, academic administration, and student mentoring. Dedicated to evidence-based practice, research, and curriculum development, she strives to nurture competent, compassionate, and ethical nursing professionals while fostering excellence and innovation in healthcare education.
