Dr. George Sam

Dr. George Sam, completed Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Raja’s Dental College & Hospital, Kavalkinaru, Tamilnadu, India, Master of Dental Surgery [MDS] in Orthodontics from Ryazan State Government University, Ryazan state, Russian Federation and PhD from Shri.JJT University, Jhunjunu, Rajastan, India. He is a member of British Orthodontic Society, Saudi Orthodontic Society and Oman Orthodontic Society.

He started his academic career as a lecturer in Orthodontics under Ministry of Higher Education in Al-Jabal Al-Gharbi UNIVERSITY, Western Libya, in the academic years 2006 to 2011, and then as an Assistant Professor in Orthodontics under the Ministry of Higher Education in Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the academic years 2012 to 2021, He also worked as a PhD thesis external examiner in Annamalai University, Tamilnadu India in the year 2017 to 2021 at the same time working as a Specialist Orthodontist in Libya, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman and India from 2005 till date.

Currently working as a Research Supervisor and Orthodontist at The Institute of Biology and Clinical Research, Nagercoil, Tamilnadu, at the same time as a co-Guide at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Dental Sciences, Shri Balaji VIdyapeeth, Puducherry, India. He possesses a deep and keen understanding of research, with a strong focus on advancing knowledge in orthodontics. With over 50 publications in both Indian and International journals, and a peer reviewer for Heliyon Elsevier with a significant contribution to the scientific community.
